Our story
Taste the Art.
Bronze began with a simple idea: a plate should be as beautiful as it is delicious. We cook over live fire, bake our own bread and plate every dish with care, in a room made for long, slow evenings on Bitarap Türkmenistan.
The kitchen
Live fire, slow smoke, fresh bread
Steaks are seared in a Josper charcoal oven, brisket and ribs spend hours in our smoker, and pizza and bread come out of the oven all day. Breakfast starts at 8 am.
The menu covers more than 90 dishes — from shakshuka and pancakes to Josper steaks, pasta and desserts.
